To move freely in your body is to move your very soul. Join me for a guided movement practice set to inspiring and evocative music, to awaken in you more of who you are and why you are here.
We will dance out the limitations of the mind and the tensions of the body to leave you feeling more whole and more like yourself. The self you most long to be.
No dance experience necessary. Just a willingness to move and be moved.
